This year’s theme: Making the most of data and technology
The conference this year will focus on the intelligent use of data and technology in the care sector and the ways in which it can further enhance the quality of care.
Given the pressures that the sector faces in so many areas, the challenge for care providers today is how to work smarter, not necessarily harder, and still deliver the best possible outcomes for those they support. Investment in new technology will help providers to streamline admin systems, reduce the burdens on staff and provide an audit trail in case of problems, but that’s only half the story. Modern software can also deliver the market intelligence and actionable data that lead to better, faster decision making for the benefit of providers and service users alike.
Invitations have now been issued to speakers in a range of different business areas who will share their expertise in the application of today’s technology and highlight its potential to benefit the care sector. Details of the line-up will be announced over the coming months.
Who should attend?
The conference will be of interest to all residential and domiciliary care providers, especially owners, directors and senior managers who look after older people and those with dementia, learning disabilities and long term conditions. It will also deliver practical advice that even the non-IT specialist will understand, so please encourage as many members as possible from your team to attend.
Non- Care England members are also welcome to attend.
Care England members:
£125 for bookings until 31 August
£150 for bookings from 1 September
Non-member care providers/Charities:

- Senior management (CEOs, Operations Directors, Directors of Care) from the leading national care providers
- Owners and managers of individual homes and local groups
- Representatives from regional associations
- Representatives from government and regulatory bodies and the sector media
