DESCRIPTION:Aston Brooke Solicitors are conducting a webinar which will pro
 vide full details on the change of the Immigration Rules for care workers 
 from the 9th April 2025.\n\nThis will include:\n\nNew recruitment rules fo
 r sponsoring care workers \n\n 	The new rules require care providers in E
 ngland to demonstrate they have attempted to recruit carers or senior care
 rs from within the country before being allowed to sponsor individuals swi
 tching from other immigration routes or from abroad. \n\n\n 	This means t
 hat you must provide evidence that you have attempted to recruit from the 
 relevant regional or sub-regional partnership\, and confirm that there wer
 e no suitable workers available from this pool.\n\nFind out what this mean
 s for you and what steps providers need to take to remain compliant. There
  are exemptions to the rules which will be explained in more detail.\n\nSa
 lary threshold increases\n\nThe lowest general salary threshold will incre
 ase from £23\,200 per year (or £11.90 per hour) to £25\,000 per year (o

  introduced new rules excluding salary deductions\, loans to workers and i
