 bsp\;\n\nRecognising the urgent need to share this message and imbue resil
 ience in the care sector\, the Cyber Centre of Excellence\, Digital Care H
 ub\, and Care England are proudly partnering to deliver the second in a th
 ree-part series of educational cyber security workshops designed to prepar
 e all members of the care sector to defend against modern cyber-attacks.\n
 \nThe free online session aims to empower care leaders\, managers and fron
 tline teams from residential and domiciliary care environments with practi
 cal\, jargon-free advice on how to build digital resilience and protect th
 eir organisations from growing cyber threats.\n\nIn the 90-minute session\
 , we will strike a balance between education and interaction\, ensuring ca
 re providers of all technical abilities can participate. The structure inc
 ludes one hour of educational content and games followed by an optional 30
 -minute open Q&amp\;A discussion to address any pressing concerns about cy
 ber risks.\n\nWorkshop Two will explore the dark web and the hidden threat
 s that can impact care organisations. Attendees will learn how login crede
 ntials end up on the dark web and how this exposure can lead to cyber-atta
 cks. After attending Workshop One\, participants can sign up for a free da
 rk web scan from the Cyber Centre of Excellence to identify any compromise
 d credentials linked to their organisation’s email domain\, along with t
 ailored guidance to address vulnerabilities.\n\nWhat You’ll Gain\n\n 	A 
 clear understanding of what an “attack surface” is — and why it matt
 ers for care.\n 	Insight into asset discovery\, including unmanaged device
 s\, systems and supply chain vulnerabilities.\n 	A breakdown of the surfac
 e\, deep and dark web — and how exposed data travels between them.\n 	Gu
 idance on BYOD (bring your own device)\, AI usage\, and Shadow IT risks.\n
  	Practical advice on breach monitoring\, remediation and continuous prote
 ction — aligned with NCSC guidance.\n\nAccess to downloadable resources 
 tailored to care providers.\n\nWho Should Attend\n\n 	Registered Managers\
 n 	Responsible Individuals and Owners\n 	IT leads and Operations Managers\
 n 	Anyone responsible for data\, risk or compliance within a care organisa
