DESCRIPTION:\n\nAround 70% of people with dementia live at home and will de
 velop bladder or bowel incontinence or toilet-use problems as their dement
 ia progresses. This is a major cause of movement from home to residential 
 care. The DemCon project has produced bespoke resources for four key group
 s: people with dementia\; family carers\; homecare workers and healthcare 
 professionals\, to help maintain independence and/or provide relevant supp
 ort to people with dementia in their management of continence. \n\nJoin th
