DESCRIPTION:\n\nWe all talk about shared care\, but what does it look like 
 in practice? This session will share learning from TIDE’s co-produced Sh
 ared Care programme\, exploring how dementia carers and care home staff ca
 n build genuine partnerships. Through practical examples and lived experie
 nce we’ll examine what helps\, what gets in the way\, and how shared car
 e can become a reality rather than simply an aspiration. The session will 
 also include signposting to free resources and an opportunity to ask quest
 ions.
