DESCRIPTION:Adaptive Care are delighted to offer a unique opportunity to se
 e\, first hand\, the contribution technology can make to enhancing the qua
 lity of night-time care.\nWCS Care is a not-for-profit care home operator 
 based in Warwickshire\, with 13 homes across the county – three new-buil
 ds and 10 older buildings. WCS are the UK’s first care provider that fol
 low the centralised monitoring model for their night-time care.\n\nThey in
 troduced acoustic monitoring to one of their new-build homes\, Drovers Hou
 se in Rugby\, in 2016 to see how it could support residents and staff. Fol
 lowing the success of this trial\, it was included in the development of t
 wo new-build homes\, including their flagship home Woodside Care Village 
 in Warwick\, which is designed using principles from De Hogeweyk in the Ne
 therlands.\n\nThe system has since been extended to include cameras and ha
 s been installed in one of their older homes\, using the wi-fi system to a
 void disruptive building work. More recently\, they have trialled multi-si
 te monitoring across two locations and\, based on the success of this appr
 oach\, centralised monitoring from a single hub for all four homes in Augu
 st 2025.\n\nThey are now introducing acoustics to a fifth home and plan to
  complete rollout of the system across the group by the end of 2026. For m
