 procurement challenges and contract negotiations\, Sam will set out the pr

 h greater confidence\n 	Challenge unsustainable fee levels in a structured
  and effective way\n 	Understand the levers available within procurement a
 nd contract arrangements\n 	Manage disputes without damaging long-term rel
