 \nMomentum is a free\, nine-week online improvement programme designed to 
 help care home providers strengthen dementia care through practical\, achi
 evable actions that can be implemented immediately.\n\nDelivered through n
 ine interactive 45-minute online workshops\, the programme provides practi
 cal ideas and weekly improvement pledges that support real change in every
 day practice.\n\nWhether you're beginning your dementia improvement journe
 y or looking to build on existing good practice\, this challenge will help
  you develop confidence\, inspire your team and create positive outcomes f
 or people living with dementia.\n\nWhat You'll Gain\nThe sessions will exp
 lore the nine NaDCAS Foundations for Exceptional Dementia Care\, helpi
 ng you reflect on your current practice and identify opportunities for de
 velopment.\nTake part and join a community of care professionals committed
  to improving dementia care\, helping build confidence in delivering excep
 tional support and take meaningful steps towards future NaDCAS Accreditat
