DESCRIPTION:On 14 September\, Care England held a webinar with Care Busines
 s Associate Training (CBAT) on promoting mental health in the workplace. A
 pproximately\, 1 in 4 people experience mental health issues each year (MH
 FA\, 2020). Work can often aggravate mental health issues due to various f
 actors. High levels of stress\, demanding workloads\, long working hours\,
  and tight deadlines can contribute to increased anxiety\, depression\, an
 d burnout. Whether work is causing the health issue or aggravating it\, em
 ployers have a legal responsibility to help those who work for them. Which
  is why it is so important to discuss mental health in the workplace and c
 reate a safe space where employees feel valued\, supported\, and empowered
  to thrive both personally and professionally.\n\nCBAT are one of the UK's
  leading care training providers. They are founded with a single guiding p
 rinciple - to advance education in the field of Health and Social Care.\n\
 nCBAT offer a FAA Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health
  (RQF) which covers a wide range of mental health conditions and goes into
  detail on the range of therapy and professional support that a person may
  be given by professional bodies during treatment for a mental health cond
