 dult social care sector. It is an issue that all care providers have faced
  challenges with over the past few years. With 152\,000 posts currently va
 cant in the sector\, recruitment and retention is at the forefront of Care
  England’s agenda and this panel discussion looked to shine light on som
 e of the ways in which care organisations can mitigate the impact of press
