This is the usual cost of care exercise. Please see the answer to question 1 for details of the increase.

There is no active provider organisation that represents enough local providers for it to be an adequate format for consultation. Regular weekly provider conferences are run and the proposed rates were discussed at one of those to provide information on the proposed fees and to take feedback.
