  1. Please confirm whether you have decided your 2021/22 Over 65 Nursing, Nursing Dementia, Residential and Residential Dementia Fee Rates. (no).

    2. What is the process and timeline remaining for this unmade decision (free text)? Please provide a link to any documents outlining the current process with provisional or draft proposals being considered (link) The Council undertakes a Fee Consultation and this ended on 11 April 2021, the next requirement is for a report to be shared with health and Care Committee on 1st June 2021 for final approval of the fee rate
    3. How are Providers to be consulted on the decision (free text)? We have worked with an external partner Cipfa CCo between September and December 2020, who have undertaken and independent review of our model. We have also undertaken and engagement exercise between 8th March 2021 and 11th April 2021.
    4. Where will the decision be published online for Providers? Please provide a link (link) Decision will be made at health and Care Committee on 1st June 2021
    5. From what date is the 2021/22 fee rate to be applied (date) It will be applied from 1st April 2021, so backdated form 1st June
    6. Are there any circumstances which will result in a fee uplift not being provided (free text)?  Please provide a link to where this is explained for Providers (link) – agreed fee rates will be applied following decision making

    1. What percentage uplift or mechanism was applied to each fee or care type for 2020/21 (percentage/free text) – For rates which are above the Base Fee Rates published, a cost of care review would be carried out on the proposal based on the Cost of Care models used to set base rates.
