Response

The Council wrote to every provider to inform of the outcome of the review of the usual rates, rather than publish online. Please see attached letter.

a)       19 March 2021. Please see document attached.

c)        The Council wrote to every provider to inform of the outcome of the review rather than publish online.

d)       Providers were consulted through provider forums, a survey was sent to all care providers and through engagement with Havering Care Association (represent the provider voice).  A proposed uplift figure was shared with providers for comment in advance of the final decision being made.
