Your request for information has been considered under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I can confirm that Hertfordshire County Council does hold the information you have requested. Our response is as follows.

This was agreed at full Council
meeting on 23rd February 2021 for exceptional inflation rates for 21/22 as part
of the Integrated Plan Budget process.

2d. Hertfordshire County Council consults the Herts Care Providers Association on proposed fees policy prior to a recommendation being made to Council Members. This process was applied this year as with previous years.
