Contracts The table below is the rate that will be paid by Swindon Borough Council and Swindon CCG in respect of Continuing Health Care (CHC) however does not include an increase in the funded nursing care (FNC). An announcement will be made nationally for the agreed FNC rate for 2021/2022 and will be backdated.
