Fairlie Healthcare Group

Established in 1999 the Fairlie Healthcare Group currently operates two homes both of which have been rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in their latest assessments.

We provide nursing care and therapy services which are individually tailored to the needs of each patient at our homes, in line with our six core values of dignity, privacy, choice, independence, rights and fulfilment. Our clinical governance framework and our risk management strategies ensure that the care and therapy delivered is safe, caring, responsive and effective. Our management structure and the support we offer to our registered managers and clinical support managers ensure our homes are well led and enable the team to focus on maintaining and developing the highest standards of care.
