The written review gives the following:


Title Review

      • Provides an overview of the Estate and title with red flags for issues which would prevent specified types of use or would need addressing in the event of a sale/sublease or refinance

Potential additional Use

      • Looks at possible uses for the estate (diversification) and how this would be structured including subletting/Biodiversity Net Gain/nutrient neutrality/ and 3rd party income generation i.e EV Charging.

Energy Efficiency

      • Looks at energy efficiency and what measures can be taken to improve this together with alternative energy generation.

Optional review for specific queries

      • Report can be tailored towards specific uses such as sales of part, granting options or development
