Kingsley Healthcare

Kingsley Healthcare is a family owned group which has expanded out of its East Anglia base to become a carehome.co.uk top 20 ranked national care provider. Since acquiring its first care home in 1999, the business has grown to one that now runs 34 homes while employing around 2,000 staff.

Kingsley has diversified to include a successful learning disability care division alongside its elderly care services; in the past 15 months it has launched Kingsley Home Care establishing its second branch, in Suffolk, in autumn 2022.

Kingsley’s Vision 2025 has laid a roadmap for ambitious expansion through new-builds, acquisitions and “future proofing” schemes at existing services; next-generation developments currently in build include a boutique luxury home in Bedford and 66 bed nursing homes in Norfolk and Buckinghamshire.

The Kingsley Vision encompasses development of the Kingsley Training Academy and a robust strategy for staff retention, including a comprehensive reward programme.
