As a service user, you choose the life that you want to live and you are supported to achieve this through enablement. This is obviously different for each person.

From our very first meeting, we focus on the person’s health, personal safety, wellbeing and their preferences, which is at the centre of their care plan. Our care and support teams have a wealth of experience in both the supported living and residential setting for people with;

We support people with mild to complex needs together with their support group network to make informed choices about their care. These choices are important steps towards achieving positive outcomes outlined in the person-centred care plan. Our support staff will always focus on best outcomes, keeping relatives and friends informed where possible.
