This week’s Tea With Tobi, Tobi is joined by the chairman of Balhousie Care Group, Scotland’s largest independent care provider, Tony Banks. Tony, an army veteran, founded Balhousie in the early 90s and has since grown Balhousie from a single care home to 27. In the show, Tobi asks how Balhousie responded to the pandemic, what Tony’s take on government guidance was, and what he believes are the real obstacles for the care industry going forward.
