The Wilf Ward Family Trust

The Wilf Ward Family Trust offers a range of specialised services to support individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. We are a values-led, not-for-profit organisation that place and emphasis on enabling extraordinary lives. The Trust provides care, support, and accommodation to approximately 290 individuals who have a learning disability or profound and multiple learning disabilities in a combination of registered care services and supported living properties. 

We currently employ circa 850 staff who work from 73 different locations which are spread across North Yorkshire, East Riding of Yorkshire, City of York and Leeds. We are committed to continuous improvement and welcome feedback on how we can improve the support we provide.  We recognise that we may not be able to do this in isolation and welcome approaches from organisations who are interested in working in partnership with us to deliver the best services for individuals with learning disabilities.
