3HUB provide case management services to adult and children who have sustained serious or catastrophic life changing injuries, supporting them with care and rehabilitation packages and ongoing management of these packages, to restore their lives to the best possible position. This includes supporting them with employing and managing teams of support workers including the provision of regulated activity. We are registered with CQC for the provision of personal care and TDDI and specialise in physical disability and clients who have experience brain or birth injuries.
