Ayla digitises the full, evidence-based CST programme with over 200 expertly validated activities, each tagged by dementia severity, physical ability, and age range to ensure a person-centred, inclusive, and evidence-led approach to therapy.

In care homes, residents using Ayla showed an average 50% improvement in cognition over seven weeks, with significant gains in mood, communication, and social engagement, directly evidencing against CQC quality domains of being effective, caring, and responsive. Families reported residents were “more like their old selves,” while staff confidence in delivering therapy increased to 100%.
