Most care leaders recognise the importance of communicating well with families. Fewer have the space to step back and examine whether their communication approaches are genuinely experienced by families in the way leaders intend.
New research by Log my Care in partnership with Care England explores how families experience communication in care settings today and what that reveals about confidence, reassurance and trust. For leaders, the research provides a valuable mirror, helping organisations assess whether their current communication models align with family expectations or unintentionally create gaps that only surface when pressure rises.
Rather than offering generic recommendations, the findings encourage leaders to reflect on consistency, predictability and visibility and to consider how well these are embedded across services, teams and settings.
Join us on Tuesday 24th February for exclusive sector insight on the research findings
The research will be launched at an in-person event in Fitzrovia, near Tottenham Court Road, London, with refreshments aimed at senior leaders and decision makers across the sector.
This is not a tactical session. It is a strategic conversation that challenges leaders to test alignment between intent and experience and to consider what confidence looks like from the family perspective.
