Magic Notes has just become the first AI tool in social care to undergo the AI Social Readiness Advisory Label, a rigorous, independent public assurance process led by Nesta.
Over 130 members of the public and social care users took part in structured deliberations across the UK. The results? 83% of the public, and 75% of social care users, felt positive about social workers using Magic Notes. Trust in AI also increased after participants learned more about the tool, providing strong validation that it’s being deployed in a way people can support.
Join Nesta, the British Association of Social Workers (BASW), a local authority using Magic Notes for a thought-provoking webinar on what the public thinks about AI in social care – and what that means for responsible adoption in practice.
During the webinar, we will explore insights from the AI Social Readiness Advisory Label, a first-of-its-kind public deliberation process led by Nesta to evaluate the risks, benefits, and acceptability of Magic Notes in social care. 📄 Read the full report here.
