Hiring Gen Z: How employers can attract, recruit and retain the next generation

The focus is practical: what makes young people apply, what can make recruitment harder than it needs to be, how employers can recognise potential, what good onboarding and line management look like, and what makes a young person stay and see a future with an organisation.

The audience will primarily be employers, People and HR leaders, L&D teams, operational leaders and those responsible for apprenticeships and early careers.
