Gray Healthcare are a national award-winning complex care provider who want to support more people across England and Wales with complex needs move out of hospitals and other long-stay environments and into a home of their own.

We pioneered our innovative community care alternative to inpatient care back in 2007. With our clinically informed framework embedded with trauma-informed principles, everything about the support we deliver is tailored around each person.  From our specialist staff training programme, clinical assessments to our in-reach service, no detail is overlooked.

We support people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, acquired brain injuries and other complex needs.  We work collaboratively with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and Local Authorities across the country to deliver our bespoke multi-disciplinary packages of support.

We were awarded the 2023 Health Investor ‘Complex Care Provider of the Year’ Award for our solution to transforming care and our demonstrable clinical outcomes.
