Knightsbridge Care Services has been operating in Solihull and south Birmingham since 1989.

We provide various services, such as personal care, emotional support, daily living skills, etc for older adults, adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, Autism, Mental Health, and physical disabilities within the Solihull and south Birmingham areas. These services can be provided in the service users own homes or dependent on availability, within our own supported living accommodation, which again are in the Solihull and South Birmingham areas.

e are only a small company, compared to others in the same sector, however this has enabled us to provide a more personal approach. We pride ourselves on the fact that even the management team who are based in the office have at some time visited the services users so that they are not just a voice at the end of the telephone line.
