Komfitilt lateral tilting system
The Vikta KomfiTilt lateral tilting system has been designed to offload and redistribute the user’s body weight. Promoting the prevention of pressure areas forming and improving tissue viability.
The advanced lateral tilting system for those at risk of developing pressure injuries.
Our Lateral Turning System, KomfiTilt Edition 5.0, is a new development to our range of pressure care management products and devices.
Lateral Turning Systems or CLRT, are commonly used to assist with the healing or prevention of pressure sores/pressure ulcers forming on the body by the continuous movement of the blood and lymph flow, improving tissue viability on those more vulnerable areas of the skin.
The KomfiTilt is designed to tilt to a 22-degree angle, offloading body weight and repositioning the patient. With its easy set-up of the inflatable cell ‘sheet’ which will fit under most mattress types, including hospital-style beds and alternating air mattresses. The process of setting up the device is quick and easy, also allowing an adjustable width extension for bariatric patients.

OysterPerle Microbead Mattresses
With its unique multi-layered design. The OysterPerle microbeaded mattress is made up of 3 main components:
- The fine microbead top layer forms to the body shape, supporting and offloading the body or limb to maintain good positioning and relieving pressure points.
- The second layer consists of a compression web, creating a suspension to the mattress and optimal ventilation.
- The final layer is a foam frame supporting around and under the microbeads and webbing, adding stability to the mattress.
This unique microbead mattress is an easy to install pressure relieving mattress for pressure ulcers and pressure management.
Offering stability and comfort, this microbead matress for bed sore prevention requires no pump and comes with a breathable incontinence cover, as well as a perforated suspension middle layer that ensures optimal ventilation.
