At the Promenade Care Home, we pride ourselves on our homely, relaxed environment. With a high standard of care, underpinned by our caring well trained, dedicated and friendly staff with kindness being our core value. We provide personal care and assistance through tailoring care needs in to a comprehensive, inclusive care plan. We are a long established family business of over 40 years and both management and staff  have achieved a great reputation within the community, professional bodies, visitors and residents alike. We have even seen staff return into our home in their later years.  This is also supported by our regular respite, holidays and care days many of whom return choosing to settle in and make us their home.
