Oslo, March 3rd, 2026 – Sensio has entered into an acquisition agreement with ISECO, the leading provider of care technology in Spain and Portugal. – This acquisition agreement is an important step in Sensio’s journey to becoming a European market leader of care technology to the elderly care sector, says Torbjørn Aamodt, CEO at Sensio.
ISECO is a trusted provider of workflow and nurse call solutions in Spain and Portugal, serving more than 1,000 installations across care home and other institutions. ISECO has during the last year won several large tenders in Spain, including regions such as Valencia and Barcelona.
