Help shape the future care workforce by offering T Level industry placements in your organisation. These two-year qualifications combine classroom learning with real-world experience, preparing young people for careers in the care industry.
Industry placements give students the opportunity to develop real skills in a real workplace, whilst making a meaningful contribution to your organisation.

Why get involved? By hosting a student, your organisation can:

Students are keen to gain experience in real care environments!
You can get involved in a variety of ways – by hosting a full placement (approx. 45 days), part of a placement, by setting students a small team project or another approach. You can also host placements as a block, day release or a mix to suit your organisation.
Support to help you find out more and get involved
The Department for Education has made a wide range of support available to help you understand, plan and host placements:
- There are many useful resources, tools and case studies which you can find on the national hub for T Level support for employers.
- Join one of the regular webinars / CPD sessions to understand what’s involved in hosting T Level placements in your organisation.
- Contact a T Level placement specialist for a one-to-one call to talk through your plans, or any questions or challenges you may have.
- Explore funding available for SMEs (until 31 March 2026) to help with the essential costs of hosting placements.
