Being one of the pioneers, SayWee joined Care England in 2004 when Care England was then known as English Community Care Association ECCA. SayWee manages all matters relating to finance and banking, payroll, HR and supports the managing of membership, as well as the Chief Executive in his role as Company Secretary.
