Care England have updated our email delivery

To make sure you continue receiving Care England’s emails, including policy updates, member communications, and sector alerts, please check your Spam/Junk folder mark any Care England emails as ‘Not Spam’ / ‘Not Junk’.

Then add the following email addresses to your Safe Senders list.

  • membership@careengland.org.uk
  • info@careengland.org.uk
  • rayres@careengland.org.uk
  • publicaffairs@careengland.org.uk
  • dailypress@careengland.org.uk
  • policy@careengland.org.uk
  • CEO@careengland.org.uk

How to add to your Safe Senders List in Outlook 365

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Go to the Home tab.
  3. Click JunkJunk E-mail Options.
  4. In the Safe Senders tab, click Add.
  5. Add the above email address, one per line.
  6. Click OKApplyOK to save.

 


If you are still not receiving communications, please whitelist the following email domains and IP addresses in your organisation’s email system.

How to Whitelist by Email Platform

Microsoft Outlook (Desktop App)

  1. Go to Home > Junk > Junk Email Options
  2. Click the Safe Senders tab
  3. Click Add and type each of the following:
    • @careengland.org.uk
    • @hubspotemail.net
    • @hubspotfree.net
  4. Click OK

Outlook Web (Office 365 / Outlook.com)

  1. Click the ⚙️ Settings > View all Outlook settings
  2. Go to Mail > Junk email
  3. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add
  4. Enter the three domains above one by one
    • @careengland.org.uk
    • @hubspotemail.net
    • @hubspotfree.net
  5. Click Save

Gmail (Google Workspace)

For Individual Users:

  1. Go to Settings > See all settings
  2. Click Filters and Blocked Addresses > Create a new filter
  3. In “From”, enter each domain
    • @careengland.org.uk
    • @hubspotemail.net
    • @hubspotfree.net
  4. Click Create filter, tick Never send it to Spam, then Create filter

For IT Administrators (Org-Wide):
In the Google Admin Console, go to:
Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > Spam, Phishing and Malware > Email allowlist
Add the domains and IPs accordingly (listed above).

Microsoft 365 / Exchange Admins

  1. Visit: https://security.microsoft.com/
  2. Go to Policies & rules > Threat policies > Anti-spam policies
  3. Edit the relevant policy
  4. Under:
    • Allowed Domains, add:
      • careengland.org.uk
      • hubspotemail.net
      • hubspotfree.net
    • Allowed IPs, add your specific HubSpot IPs (listed above)
