Head of Social Care Philippa Doyle reviewed compliance with the regulations to spell out how to ensure you demonstrate to CQC your service is worthy of a good rating. Jolena Bullivant-Clark, solicitor, explained how to take good ratings to outstanding and gave an analysis of some recent outstanding ratings and what those services did to secure that green star.
