Dementia Community: We talk about shared care… but do we really live it?

We all talk about shared care, but what does it look like in practice? This session will share learning from TIDE’s co-produced Shared Care programme, exploring how dementia carers and care home staff can build genuine partnerships. Through practical examples and lived experience we’ll examine what helps, what gets in the way, and how shared care can become a reality rather than simply an aspiration. The session will also include signposting to free resources and an opportunity to ask questions.
