The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is undertaking a significant reset, introducing draft changes that will reshape how providers are assessed, monitored, and inspected.

For adult social care providers, these developments mark an important shift in regulatory approach, including the reintroduction of sector-specific frameworks and further changes to how evidence is gathered and judgements are made.

Delivered by Care England in partnership with WorkNest, this webinar will provide a clear and practical overview of what’s currently known about the draft changes, what they may mean in practice, and how providers can begin preparing now.

What you’ll learn
  • What the CQC reset is, why it’s being introduced, and what it aims to achieve
  • How sector-specific frameworks will work, including key structural changes
  • What these proposed changes are likely to mean in practice
  • Practical steps you can take now to prepare your service

Please note: this agenda is subject to change as further guidance is released by the CQC.
