Anthony Collins will be joined by The Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) to explore mental capacity, refreshing on key principles and beginning to delve into more complex, real-life scenarios, such as how to respond when an individual repeatedly makes decisions that may increase potential risks despite advice and support.
