Sleep disruption is one of the most distressing and least understood aspects of dementia. Led by Thomas Tredinnick, this webinar will be supported by clinical insight from a Sleep Specialist and practical experience from a Sleep Lead within a large care home group. Together they will explore why sleep breaks down as dementia progresses, how poor sleep affects behaviour, safety and health, and what can genuinely help a person with dementia, including dementia-appropriate sleep strategies.
