Reliable connectivity upgrade for two Kent care homes

Bradfield Residential Home and Generals Meadow Care Home were facing regular internet dropouts and weak wireless coverage across their buildings. With the Digital Switchover approaching, both homes needed a reliable solution that could support modern care technology and ensure telephone services would run over the internet.

Working with Orbital Net, the homes upgraded to full fibre connectivity and improved wireless coverage throughout bedrooms, offices and communal areas. A modern digital telephone system was also installed, and the two sites were securely linked to share a high speed connection. The result is a more resilient and future ready setup, allowing staff to focus on delivering high quality care.
